We hope you are happy with your purchase, if for whatever reason you are not you can return the item within 7 days of receiving your order, for an exchange only (no refunds are offered) – postage back to us will be covered by the customer. You will only be refunded for the cost of item excluding postage. Items must:
-Be unused and in original condition.
-Have proof of purchase (such as receipt or order confirmation)
-We can not accept returns on fabric by the meter
If for whatever reason your item arrives damaged or faulty, you can return the item back to us for a refund. Once the item arrives back to us, we will inspect the item and then issue the refund. Postage back to the shop is covered by the customer.

UK Shipping Costs
All Uk orders are shipped with Parcel force at The Royal Mail. We ship orders Monday-Friday, once your order has been processed it will be shipped with our Express 24hour service, charged at £3.99.
When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect.
When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmatory email.
Please be aware that our service is not a named delivery service and anyone at the designated delivery address may take your parcel in. We will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for in a building, for example, an office address that has been provided for delivery.
We will endeavour to send your order out as quickly as possible but we cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions.
