Returns & Refunds

You are within your right to return your item within 7 days of your item arriving. Your item must be returned with its original documents and packaging and be in its original state. Please email us to inform us you would like to return your item and we will help you through the process. You will receive a refund for the product amount and shipping, but the customer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping back to us.

The order process

Once you have placed your order, your order has to be made by Ashley - In peak times please allow around 1 week (plus shipping time) for your order to be processed and then shipped.

Who we ship your order with

We currently ship all of our parcels through Parcel Force.
